Fasoli Gino Garganego 'Liber'

Fasoli Gino's Liber was born in the late Nineties when Natalino and Amadio decided to use the typical grape of the Soave area, Garganega, to see how it would fair creating a wine with the maximum minerality. This was how Liber, a pleasantly mineral and unique wine was created. The result shows the great versatility of the local Garganega grape.

Tasting Notes
Liber is yellow with green tints. The expressive, delicate bouquet has notes of tropical fruit and light aromas of minty herbs which are typical of the variety. The complex aromas from the grape variety and the fermentation process make this wine very pleasant to drink. On the palate, the wine is fresh, full-bodied and has good acidity and minerality. Liber is very elegant with a long finish.
Vineyard Notes
Since 1925, the Fasoli Gino family has produced wine and in 1984 they converted to Organic Farming Methods. In 2006 they went Biodynamic. The Fasoli brothers are farmers at heart and their love for their land is felt through their enthusiasm and care for its fruits.
Food Pairing Notes
Liber pairs well with fish dishes, especially raw fish or shellfish such as oysters. Excellent also served as an aperitif.
