Since 1925, the Fasoli Gino family has produced wine and in 1984 they converted to Organic Farming Methods. In 2006 they went Biodynamic. In the second half of September, they manually harvest Turbiana grapes (Trebbiano di Lugana), selecting only the best grapes to produce the enticing 'Lume.' The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The aging in the bottle releases all the minerality, typical of the soil.
